ROBUSTA PARCHMENT
Washed Robusta beans are referred to as “Parchment”. Robusta plants that produce Parchment coffee are cultivated in India at lower elevations. To prepare the beans, the outer skin is removed to expose the sweet pulp. Next, the beans are fermented, washed, and soaked overnight in clean water. Subsequently, they are sun-dried to achieve the desired moisture content. The dried beans undergo hulling, polishing, and grading according to stringent standards. Despite the beans originating from Robusta plants of various generations, the cup quality remains remarkably stable.

ROBUSTA CHERRY
Robusta cherry beans are a type of coffee bean harvested from the Coffea canephora plant, also known as the Robusta coffee plant. The cherry refers to the fruit of the coffee plant that contains the coffee bean. Robusta coffee beans are generally less expensive and have a stronger and more bitter taste than Arabica cherry coffee beans.
